Provide support to consumers in a variety of community settings.
Engage with potential Infinity Program consumers in HOTBHN office or Peer Support Center, community settings, hospital, crisis care, and jail settings.
Coordinate transportation and support for various scheduled appointments.
Maintain timely documentation
Knowledge, Skills, and Essential Functions
Excellent written communication and computer keyboarding for inputting clinical documentation
Excellent verbal communication with clients, staff, and community providers
Time management required to meet service goals
Local travel using Center vehicle
Stooping, bending, sitting, standing, keyboarding for prolonged periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Ability to be CPR and PMAB certified
Valid driver's license and liability insurance required. 25% local travel.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of personally receiving treatment in a behavioral health system for a disorder that is treated in the target population for Texas is required(Please give some information to evidence this either on application or in cover letter)
Certified as a Peer Provider Preferred (Peer Provider Certification required once employed)
Hours: 20 hours per week (part-time) Monday - Friday 10:00am-2:00pm
